Is jump rope just for girls?
Not at all. Jump rope is for everyone, and many of the top competitive athletes in the world are male. Boys play a major role in the sport, especially in areas like speed, power, and Double Dutch. At Illinois Jump Rope, we encourage boys to join, compete, and excel as part of a strong, supportive team. -
